Through the pilot programme form on this website, we collect the following:
- Full name
- Professional email address
- Company / organisation
- Role / function
- Team size
- Any information you voluntarily provide in the free-text field about your AI usage
Purpose of the processing
We use this information exclusively to evaluate pilot programme applications, contact you regarding the REGNITY pilot, and tailor our discussions to your context. We do not use it for unrelated marketing and we do not sell it.
Legal basis (GDPR)
The processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest(Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in selecting and onboarding pilot partners.
Retention period
Personal data submitted through the form is retained for [Retention duration, e.g. 24 months] from the last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see your rights below).
Recipients of the data
